This is the final piece of my "vintage computer" collection...
I got it few months ago, finally decided to post some pictures

The Atari st came after i sold my Amstrad cpc when i was a kid, it was a mind blowing machine at that time, some of the game like "Rick Dangerous" are still very good , and will blow some of the latest platform games...

i have played some of the most amazing games on that machine

I found one on ebay, in very good condition... with an original Atari monitor

I found a program for PC that transfert atari disk.images (ROMS) to regular floppy, and can run on your st :shock: (i will do another topic for that)

The ST came with a few disk, so i burnt a few games :twisted: with that program ....

Awesome Fred!! :cool::cool: The Atari ST mouse was the shiz compared to the crudy Amiga one!! :sick:

One game you must get is "oids"...i think it's spelt like that!! :unsure:

This was the one reason i went round to my mates house to play his ST....!!:wacko:

i never had the ST or the Amiga cos i went straight from the CPC464 to a PC-Engine, so i skipped the whole 16bit home computer experience.

must say you're seriously running out of space. it's great that you've got original monitors as well instead of plugging them into the TV.

so, your favourite game on the ST is...?

i was trying to think which ST game i used to read about in the magazines and thought, "i wish i had that" / "i wished i could play that"... but i struggled a bit to come up with anything...

...but looking at your list... HOSTAGES!! is definitely one of them even though the amstrad version was "okay"! :wacko:

i also remember a game which i can't remember the name of. you are a kid in a nightmare, and as you run around a side scrolling environment wearing your pyjamas, you have to grab some flying fish and hit monsters across the face with them... <----------- i wanna play that! :laugh:
